I don't think this person fits in the typical listener for Radio Cambridgeshire. This person likes a different radio station, which is different to Radio Cambridgeshire.
D) Production process
E) Market share
From this screenshot, we can see that the market share for Radio Cambridgeshire has gone down in the last 20 years overall. However, the market share does rise and drop at different points in the years. Its lowest point was within the financial crisis in the UK which was between 2008-2009. The market has likely dropped in the past few years because the likes of Spotify and YouTube are becoming more popular amongst a wider variety of people than Radio Cambridgeshire, so investors are more likely to invest in a growing industry.
The weekly audience of Radio Cambridgeshire has fluctuated over the years. In the early 2000s, Radio Cambridgeshire was at its highest point over the last 20 years. However, after 2010, the weekly audience began to drop. This drop is most likely caused by the creation and release of music streaming apps, allowing people more freedom. In the last few years, it has started to go back up to its normal rate. This is because older people still listen to the radio as they are unlikely to know how to use an app like Spotify.
